Subsistence TRNEs (1 to 6 months)
Procedure
- TRNE must submit that their local address and bank details in EDH.
- BE Central launches the subsistence claim.
- Claims Office reviews and approves the claim.
Important:
- If the start or end date of the contract does not coincide with the beginning or end of a calendar month, the monthly subsistence amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- For contracts shorter than 4 months, any days off will be deducted from the subsistence allowance.
- Swiss CH IBAN is not mandatory. IBANs from any country are accepted, if they can receive transfers in Swiss francs.

FAQ
STAG subsistence payments are paid prorata, so they are paid for the weekends they are here. The only exception to this is the final weekend of the traineeship, unless the weekend day corresponds with the last day of the month.
