Salary Advance

Members of personnel starting their contract will receive their remuneration around the 25th of the month. If needed, they can apply for an advance payment of up to 80% of their basic remuneration (of which is deducted from the first payment by the Organization).

In order to apply, the person concerned must contact the BE Central (DAO Office) prior to the 10th of the month in order to complete an application form for advance payments (please note that access restricted to DAOs – you will need to contact BE Central first in order to process this).

The form is then forwarded to the FAP Department’s Salary Office, who then take care of processing the application. The payment follows shortly thereafter.

Please note that members of the personnel employed in receipt of an installation indemnity are not entitled to apply for the payment of an advance.
