What are the required documents for a PJAS contract?

Once the demand has been made via the DAO, we send the necessary documentation that is required to launch a PJAS contract, along with the deadlines in place at CERN. Please note that if a new agreement/addendum is to be made for a PJAS contract, that we require notification of at least three months to handle the administration of both steps.

Once documentation has been fulfilled, the DAO then sends the fully signed PAF with all documentation via CERNBox to the HR co-ordinator, who is in charge of registering PJAS contracts.
