The COAS/VISC would need to launch a UCL (a User’s Checklist) in EDH, attaching a new, duly signed HID for the desired period.
COAS and VISC contracts are launched by the DAO (BE Central) using EDH PREG.
PJAS and EXAS contracts are launched by the DAO (BE Central) compiling the necessary documents and sending the file to the necessary contract responsible to create the contract.
COAS and VISC (along with USER) affiliations are hired by/enrolled at the institute and as such, any leave should be managed directly with the institute whilst also informing the CERN supervisor where necessary.
