Do External (EXTN) have leave?

STAG – TRAINEES / 1 to 6 months: If their contracts are 4 months or more then they are entitled to 2.5 days of “authorised annual absence” per month. These are recorded in EDH but the leave counter will show as negative due to STAGs not having a proper EDH account.

STAG – Job Shadowers do not have leave: If they need time off, then this must be discussed with the supervisor and their institute but this is not recorded in EDH.
