Who takes care of visa requests?

For the following Members of Personnel, visa documentation and card creation is handled by HR:

• Staff,
• Graduates,
• Students,
• Trainees

For the following affiliated members, BE Central takes care of drawing up visa documentation (which the person concerned then must trade in for cards if working at CERN more than 55%) whilst creating their affiliation contract:

• PJAS
• COAS
• VISC
• USER (if invited by BE)
